Holy cow man! Congrats on the new PR! Dude, that's 15 kg more than your old one?! That's fucking awesome. Congrats!
ReplyDeleteWeighted pullups, not bad at all. 25 kg's is very heavy. Virtual shoveling is something I have yet to do, seems painful :)
Good workout bro!
The weight on the virtual shoveling was a bit much and could only do a few. i'm going to go lighter next time and make it a real workout.
ReplyDeleteThanks for doing this blog, it's a fun way to work out :)
I have no idea if I can catch you on this though: Deadlift: 200 kg.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to give it hell though :)
Aye I must agree with the blog thing, it's helped me focus my training more into thoughts. It really started out with the mails to you, this is a much better way to keep track of things though. We might have to move it into wave-format once that opens up ;)
ReplyDeleteWith the rate you're increasing in deadlifts, you're only a couple of months or three away from pulling 200's. Add 75-80% dl training @ 2-4 reps 3-5 sets. into your schedule 2 times / week and you should be able to keep up a decent progress.
