  1. Wow... just... wow! The two of you just beat the crap out of my times. Now I REALLY gotto come there and train with you guys. Great to see steph getting on with the groove as well. Great workout of all of you! It wasn't really meant as a 'daily workout' to be honest - I just came up with some random stuff to be able to work out at home :) I hope you felt that it was enough for one day. Maybe it was too little volume?

  2. It's okay, it was supposed to be a rest day, but felt like going anyway. I was in the mood to do something, and this felt like something good to do. My hands are pretty beat up, gotta get them stronger :).
